The Rosay forge, a house from 1821, between wood and old stones, renovated throughout the years with its charm and authenticity preserved.
Franck, its owner, a professional chef and lover of the Jura region, will be your host throughout your stay.
The half-board option is undoubtedly one of the strong points of the place, where you can enjoy simple but careful cuisine, orchestrated by Franck who will cook in front of you!
(The kitchen is not available for guests to cook their own meals, but we offer a refrigerator for our guests who wish to keep their picnic or other souvenir purchases cool).
However, it will be possible to have lunch around the family table on bad weather days!
A place where you can also relax in a very hot Jacuzzi (SPA package €12/20 minutes) then relax in the large veranda with a magnificent view of the Rosay cliffs, or in the sofas of its library lounge.
